About Chrissy

A native of New York, Chrissy Notaro was born with talent. Her innate ability led her to evolve as an established and well sought after illustrator, painter, and makeup artist.

Growing up, Chrissy was drawn to all creative mediums. Over the years she developed her craft working on everything from murals, home interiors, children’s nurseries, body art, special effects makeup and scenic backdrops for theater.

She attended the Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota Florida, graduating with a BFA in Fine Art Illustration in 2006.

Chrissy now resides in New England and has been influential in developing trends backstage at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week by assisting top makeup artists JoAnne Gair, James Kaliardos, Diane Kendall, Tom Pechaux and Ve Neill.

Chrissy’s professionalism and amazing work is applauded by all. Her services span the gamut from makeup artistry for celebrities, musicians, Broadway musicals, body painting, special effects, editorial shoots, headshots, weddings and portraiture painting.

In her spare time, she is often traveling with friends and exploring the world for inspiration!
